**As of June 18, 2024, project was awarded to JB Asphalt Paving, Inc, awarded amount is $46,270.85.** Work includes, but is not limited to, 2-inch grinding, asphalt paving, extruded concrete curbs, poured in place curbs and gutters, speed bumps, wheel stops and painted striping at locations indicated on the plans and marked at the properties, and other tasks as described in the bid documents. As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. On contracts of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) or less, at Contractors option the requirement may be waived in lieu of an additional 5% (total 10%) retainage. Liquidated damages will be assessed for each calendar day that the Contractor exceeds the time for completion in the amount of $500. Woodland North LLLP reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of Woodland North LLLP. The Work shall be completed in 30 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed on consecutive days at each property.
