The work to be done consists of the furnishing by the Contractor of all labor, materials equipment and other facilities necessary in the performance ofthe work. The Contractor shall perform any work which is not detailed in the Plans and Specifications but which is obviously required to make the project complete and operable. Questions regarding the intent of the Plans and Specifications shall be referred to the Engineer whose decisions thereon shall be final. Some information pertaining to subsurface and other conditions which may affect the cost of performing the work may be shown on the Plans and Specifications. While it is believed that any such information is reasonably correct, the City does not warrant either the completeness or accuracy of such information. It is the responsibility ofthe Contractorto ascertain the existence ofall subsurface and other conditions affecting his cost ofdoing the work as may be disclosed by a reasonable examination ofthe site.
