You are invited to submit a sealed Proposal for furnishing three (3) pump and motor units to Henry Miller Reclamation District No. 2131. Bowl units have been purchased separately by the District and will be furnished to the Vendor for assembly to the completed pump and motor units. It is required that there be furnished and delivered to the Henry Miller Reclamation District No. 2131 Pumps and Motors as shown on the drawings, as listed in the Schedule, and as specified in the Contract Documents. The pumps shall be delivered to the Henry Miller Reclamation District No. 2131 shop located at 11704 W. Henry Miller Avenue, Dos Palos, CA 93620. The Proposal and other data submitted by the bidder will form the basis of the Contract for the work. Proposals are to be submitted in ink without alterations and with amounts in figures and signatures in writing. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bid, and to postpone the date of bid opening.
