Site work and paving for a road / highway in Snow Shoe Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This Contract Includes Furnishing and Placement of Approximately 400 Tons of 2a Aggregate and 800 Tons of Shale Plus Traffic Control on Black Bear Road (T 711). Each Bid Must Be Submitted on the Provided Forms, and Be Accompanied by a 10% Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check Payable to Snow Shoe Township. Bid Shall Be Guaranteed for 10 Days. All Questions and Bids Shall Be Submitted to electronically. Performance and Payment Bonds in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Value Will Be Required. All Work Must Be Completed by June 6, 2024. This Work is Funded by a Dirt and Gravel Road Program Grant Provided Through the Centre County Conservation District Abd Awarded to Snow Shoe Township. Snow Shoe Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding Process, and to Award the Bid as May Be Deemed by the Township to Be in Their Best Interests.
