This Project Has Been Assigned Serial No: 24-02848 Under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Project Rates. Each Bid Must Be Submitted on the Provided Forms, and Be Accompanied by a 10% Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check Payable to Snow Shoe Township. Bid Shall Be Guaranteed for 10 Days. All Questions and Bids Shall Be Submitted to Pennbid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Value Will Be Required. All Work Must Be Completed by June 25, 2025. This Work is Funded by a Dirt and Gravel Road Program Grant Provided Through the Centre County Conservation District Abd Awarded to Snow Shoe Township. Snow Shoe Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding Process, and to Award the Bid as May Be Deemed by the Township to Be in Their Best Interests.
