The work under this contract will be performed at the facility located at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation ("Department"), Eastern Pennsylvania Training Facility, Fort Indiantown Gap, Rt. 443, Box 7042, Grantville, PA 17028.The contract shall have an initial term of one (1) 9 month and four (4) oneyear renewals. All bid questions should be directed to: Joseph Catalano, Purchasing Supervisor (717) 787-3959 or jcatalano@pa.gov. All questions related to the facility and/or project specifications to: James (Flash) Gordon Training Site Administrator 717-865-5553 or jagordon@pa.gov The Commonwealth and the Contractor, therefore, presume that in the event of any such delay the amount of damage which will be sustained from a delay will be $200.00 per Commonwealth business day per item, and they agree that in the event of any such delay, the Contractor shall pay such amount as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
