Sewer Plant Garage Project East Hanover Township Municipal Authority is accepting separate bids for the East Hanover Township Sewer Plant Garage Project for the separate prime contracts of General Construction and Electrical Construction. The work involves the erection of a 1,000 square foot metal panel building framed on top of cast-in-place concrete foundations and footings east of the Sewer Plant on Dairy Lane in Grantville. Bidders are required to submit a Proposal Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder’s maximum bid price with each Bid. Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price are required from each successful bidder. An anti-collusion affidavit is required. The contract is subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. Each Bid must be submitted only on the enclosed Proposal Form included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders may make clarifying comments but are not permitted to change, modify, delete, alter, amend, or make additions to any of the Bidding Documents, including the Agreement. Unauthorized conditions, exceptions, limitations, or provisions attached to a Bid may be cause for rejection. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents must be submitted as Requests for Interpretation, and modifications may only be made by Addendum issued by the Authority. The Township Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities, and accept the lowest responsible, responsive Bid for each separate prime contract.
