**As of May 31, 2024 project exceeded available funds so has not been awarded. Estimated project cost is $400,000. Removal of existing storm sewer infrastructure and installation of 900 feet of 36 inch diameter storm sewer, Aggregate Base, HMA Paving, Aggregate Shoulders, Traffic Control, and associated restoration. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern time and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The Project includes the following Work: Removal of existing storm sewer infrastructure and installation of 900 feet of 36 inch diameter storm sewer, Aggregate Base, HMA Paving, Aggregate Shoulders, TrafficControl, and associated restoration. Question Deadline 05/09/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
