Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lanse, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
** As of June 14, 2024 this project received one bid and it will be awarded on school board approval meeting next Monday evening.** Project consists of the removal of EIFS around windows where there are current leaks. Clean surface and prepare for new flashing and the installation of maintenance free trim in areas where EIFS is removed. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice of Award and shall have the Work substantially complete by August 9, 2024 with a final completion date of August 30, 2024
