Renovation of an educational facility in Lanse, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace all windows in existing high school building including sills; adapt existing ductwork to new window/openings. Bidders will be required to provide a Bid Bond according to the requirements in Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Section 00 21 13. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Contractor agrees to complete the work, substantially, on or before August 26, 2022.
