Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of Outdoor Classroom and Dining renovations to approximately 5,900s.f. Trades involved in the renovations include demolition, compacted grade, compacted stone, soil drainage fabrics, compacted and, segmented block retaining walls, waterproofing, reinforced concrete, concrete slab on grade, porcelain tile pavers, and steel handrails. Work includes plumbing and electrical trades. Jonesboro High School- Outdoor Classroom and Dining Renovations. Bid Security in the amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, and payable to the Construction Manager, Bailey Contractors, Inc., must accompany each Bid. Performance and Payment bond, equal to the Amount of the Contract, will be required of the bidder awarded the Contract (for successful bids that are in excess of $20,000.00). All bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board and shall be licensed before submitting a Bid. No bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any formalities not bound by Arkansas statues.
