Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This work includes removal and replacement of existing roofing systems at the North Field Maintenance building and South Field Maintenance building. The work will also include the installation of sheet metal flashing, installation of anchors for fall protection including structural steel modifications, masonry construction, painting, EIFS patching, metal fabrication, and sidewalk patching. Mechanical and electrical systems will be reconfigured to facilitate this scope of work and will include roof drains and piping, equipment removal and reinstall, and lightning protection. Receive Bids: May 16, 2024 B. Planning, Development & Environment Committee Approval: June 3, 2024 C. Commission Award: June 17, 2024 D. Notice to Proceed: Dependent upon MAC's review and approval of properly executed Contract Documents. E.
