Construction Start*: July 2024 Construction Complete*: September 2024 Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Englewood in an amount of less than 5% of the bid amount. The City of Englewood shall have the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein and request new bids when required.
