Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Englewood in an amount of not less than 5% of the bid amount. Construction Start*: July 2024 Construction Complete*: September 2024 The City of Englewood shall have the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein and request new bids when required.
