Reference Number 0000352846 The City of Englewood (the City or City) is seeking one (1) qualified firm or contractor (Firm or Contractor) to perform Job-Order Contract Services (JOCs) for the On-call Tank Cleaning Services Project (Project). SPR seeks a qualified firm to provide professional, on-call tank cleaning services to support the operations specific to the facility. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: Removal of sludge, grit, rags, snails and any other foreign materials from the digester tanks (5), Aeriation tanks (6), centrate tanks (2), and process piping in the calendar year Cleaning of tank walls and floor for the calendar year Disposal of removed material which can include but is not limited to Transport the removed liquid, sludge and debris to our onsite decanting station Possible hauling of removed material to the Denver Arapahoe Disposal site under SPR's manifest Line-jetting and hydro blasting of process piping as requested Other tank cleaning services as requested Services shall be provided by the selected firm on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis. The City does not represent that it will utilize any selected firm's services in any guaranteed amount. No minimum dollar amount or number of tasks are guaranteed by the City.
