Reference Number 0000357987 Commissioning Services for the new high school in 27J Schools. School District 27J and its Owner's Representative, Anser Advisory are pleased to issue this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide commissioning services for the 27J Schools Rocky Vista High School project. The new high school will be constructed on the site at the intersection of Reunion Parkway and 96th Avenue in Commerce City, Colorado. This project is funded through a successful bond election that took place in November 2018. The proposed program includes a phase one with enrollment of 1,250 students and a future addition to accommodate 1800 students. The construction of the school will begin in Summer 2025 and will be completed by Summer 2027. All questions are to be emailed to Leslie Baca at lbaca@sd27j.net. Proposal Expiration date: Proposers must indicate an expiration date for the proposal and pricing. Any expiration date shall not be less than ninety (90) days from the proposal due date as indicated herein. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
