Renovation of a mixed-use development in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM) located in Durham, NC, is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver one (1) water-cooled chiller as part of the chiller plant expansion project. NCSSM is Owner-Furnishing this chiller in advance of execution of the project construction contract to ensure the chiller is on-hand in time for the project completion in Summer 2025. (Students will reoccupy the residence halls for the start of classes in early August 2025.) The unit will be Contractor-Installed as part of the future renovation construction (single prime). Minor variations (inches) in the specified unit size dimensions may be considered in order to improve the delivery date.
