Grind and inlay base pavements as indicated in the statement of work and drawings. Remove 3" of asphalt paving by cold plane. Repave 3" of (ODOT 1/2 ", Level 3 asphalt w/ PG 64-28 binder compacted to ODOT standards). The Contractor shall submit a construction schedule and material submittal for approval prior to construction. The contractor will clean-up and dispose of all debris at the end of each workday. The contractor shall provide as-built drawings that are to-scale and which accurately record all construction efforts. All work shall be conducted in a workman or workwoman like manner. Contractor shall keep site clean and free of blowing scrap materials. Vehicles and job site clean-up must comply with Kingsley Field and Airport Regulations. Protect adjacent surfaces to remain.
