As of June 18, 2024 project was awarded to Choice One Engineering, but awarded amount is not available. Description of Proposed Improvements: Reconstruct Loveland Madeira Road from W. Loveland Avenue to just south of Valley View Lane by improving access management, adding sidewalk to the southeast side and a multi-use path to the northwest, and constructing a roundabout at the intersection of Valley View Lane and Loveland Madeira. The project involves the reconstruction of Loveland Madeira Road from West Loveland Avenue to Valley View Lane by improving access management, adding a 5' sidewalk on the southeast side and a 12' Mult-Use Path on the northwest side of Loveland Madeira Road and constructing a roundabout at Valley View and Loveland Madeira Road (2,000 +/- linear feet). In addition, the project includes grass center median islands, storm improvements and utility relocations.
