Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Westerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,956-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
The work per the contract documents, dated April 23, 2024, and any addenda thereto, includes the following Base Bid work: EPDM roof removal and replacement, sheet metal removal and replacement, drain modification, roof hatch replacement, ladder-up installation, hatch guard rail installation, and appurtenances. The Alternate Bid 1 work includes the removal of two rows of snowbirds on the metal roof above Roof D, cleaning the standing seam metal roof, installing two rows of snow guards, and accessory work. The work shall start on or about September 3, 2024, and be fully completed on or before November 15, 2024, unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the contract documents.
