Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elko, Nevada. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project commences at McClellan Avenue and follows the Lucky Nugget Road alignment for approximately 1.56 miles to the BLM 1119 road. The project will consist of regrading the existing road, aggregate base and asphalt paving along the existing alignment. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, indicating the subject item of bid enclosed. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check or bid bond for five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid. A bidder shall possess a valid contractor's license pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes, Chapter 624, at the time of submitting a bid. The acceptance of any bid by the Board of Elko County Commissioners, hereinafter known as the OWNER, shall be contingent upon the bidding party submitting a performance and payment bond prior to signing a contract. The successful bidder will be required to comply with N.R.S. Chapter 338 Public Works Projects. (Pursuant to NRS 338.1379, and 338.1382.) The right is reserved by the Board of Elko County Commissioners to reject any and all bids or to accept such bid as deemed best by said Board, and to waive any technicality in the bid form of the bid.
