The General Terms and Conditions require the Contractor and every lower-tier subcontractor to submit certified payrolls and labor compliance documentation. B. The District is currently utilizing a web-based system for filing and managing certified payroll reports. The current provider of this web based system is LCPtrackerTM. LCP TrackerTM is a paperless, online system used for entering certified payroll reports. Payroll data may be entered directly into the system or uploaded directly from the Contractors payroll system. The system eliminates the need for contractors to submit prevailing wage documents and forms while providing an online database of all certified payroll reports. C. The Contractor shall pay all costs associated with complying with the Monthly electronic certified payroll submission. D. Online training is available to the Contractor and subcontractors at no cost. Contractors may access the training after receiving login identification and password from the Prevailing Wage Coordinator.
