As of June 24, 2025, the project was awarded to ANR Electric, LLC, with an awarded amount of $854,753.67. The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), on behalf of 16001 Euclid Beach, LLC (Owner) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the FIRE ALARM REPLACMENT at 16001 Euclid Beach, The project consists of but is not limited to: FIRE ALARM REPLACMENT The construction estimate range for this project is between $880,120.00 - $1,215,402.00 Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (Section 3). Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of CMHA. All materials and labor that ultimately become a part of the completed structure or improvement that constitutes the Project are subject to State Sales Tax as provided in Section 5739.02, ORC, and State Use Tax as provided in Section 5741.01, ORC.
