Milford Farms Sanitary Sewer Extension Project generally comprises of installation of 4,380 LF of 8" PVC SDR-26 and SDR-35 sanitary sewer mains and 70 LF of 2" PVC SDR-21 force main; installation of (23) manholes and (47) service laterals; construction of a below-grade Pump Station; restoration to areas disturbed by construction. Project also includes an ALTERNATE for Ivystone Subdivision, Moore Road for installation of 1,070 LF of 8" PVC SDR-35 gravity sanitary sewer main, five (5) manholes, and five (5) service laterals. Bids must be on the forms furnished by the Owner. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
