The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and other facilities necessary to perform the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Furnish and install a new transfer switch for the City of Homer Sewer treatment plant. The current transfer switch is an ASCO 940. The new transfer switch must have the same specs as the existing one and must be ASCO brand or equal. Further details are in the special provisions. The City of Homer will not be held responsible for questions received less than (5) calendar days prior to the date of opening of Bids.
