Question Deadline 05/13/2024 Anyone who disagrees with the determination in the above table shall submit their written objection to the Director identifying the specialty contractor classification(s) in question and the justification(s) for such position at least 10 consecutive calendar days prior to bid opening Furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to demolish, remove, relocate and dispose of, wholly or in part, all walls, structures, components, pieces, parts, finishes, accessories, utilities and all other existing improvements as specifically called for on the contract drawings and specifications or as inferred and as required to accomplish new work required by other sections of these specifications or the drawings. The work shall also include the relocation and/or alteration of existing improvements as shown on the plans or as specified hereafter. The work shall also include the temporary removal and subsequent reinstallation of any existing improvement as required to accomplish the work. Mahukona Beach Park Pavilion Demolition Project. This project generally consists of the demolition of the existing pavilion in its entirety and removal of hazardous materials; including all appurtenances in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bidder shall be intimately familiar with the scopes of work each specialty contractor classification is licensed to perform under Hawai'i Administrative Rules 16-77, the scope of work established for this project, and how the specialty contractor classifications' licenses apply in the proper execution and fulfillment of the project's scope of work. Prospective Bidders and all interested parties interested in accessing the plans, specifications, terms and conditions, proposals, and addenda must be registered as a Public Purchase Vendor, Hawaii Region, and Hawaii County Agency. Bids shall be submitted via the Public Purchase System. Confidential material shall be readily separable from the bid in order to facilitate public inspection of the non-confidential portion of the bid. The bid opening and pre-bid meeting(s) required for this project (if any, as set forth above) are scheduled at venues that are accessible to persons with disabilities.
