Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Braintree, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

A. The Work under the Contract consists of 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Remove and reconstruct bituminous sidewalks. Erosion control measures. Remove and reconstruct bituminous curb. Concrete cleaning and patching. Tree protection, tree root barriers. Installation of three new trees. Loam and hydroseed all disturbed areas. Alternate #1: Additional sidewalk reconstruction. DCAMM Certification is not required. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3.
