Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Braintree, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The Authority seeks to construct a complex garage in the general vicinity of the existing terminal site to increase parking capacity. Along with the reconfiguration of the site, it is anticipated that a new terminal facility will be built along with two future precast parking garages. Key elements of the project are to address parking demand and customer service interest, which includes the potential for the remote terminal to have capabilities for reserved vehicle parking and advance TSA check-in and screening prior to a customers arrival at Logan Airport.
