Replace 35 windows for our Administration Building, and six windows at our Potter 2 Building at Braintree Electric Light Department. Location- Braintree Electric Light Department 150 Potter Road Braintree, MA 02184 Please provide two quotes. One quote for all the first floor of the administration building and the (6) single windows located at the Potter Power Plant, another quote for all of the windows of the administration building (1stfloor & 2ndfloor) as noted below and the (6) single windows at the PotterPower Plant. Administration Building Windows shall be Tubelite - TU14000, 4-1/2" system, color black (orequivalent). Potter Building Windows shall be Harvey High Grade Vinyl Classic Double Hung with THERMALOCK RS Glass - color white (or equivalent). o Eight (8) Single (A Type) windows on the first floor of the Administration Building must have privacy glass for our Customer Service & Billing offices. o Replace any rotted wood/sheetrock if noticed once old windows are removed. o Install quartz windowsills, replacing existing wood for all window locations. o Paint and patch as necessary to the inside walls to match existing. o Repair exterior surface as needed Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
