Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roof system and associated carpentry repairs. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Doc note: There is a plan deposit of $50/set (refundable), payable to Online Deposits may be electronically paid or must be a certified or cashier's check. Mailing fee is $40/set (non-refundable), payable to Online (electronically or certified or cashier's check). GENERAL PROVISIONS A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Removal and replacement of existing asphalt shingle roof system with associated carpentry repairs. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost.In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
