Project Description: West Virginia University ("WVU") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Suppliers to provide all labor, material, equipment, and services required for the addition and replacement of exterior signage currently located at the Kendrick Family Ballpark at the Monongalia County Baseball Complex in Granville, WV. The selected Supplier shall provide and install the new signage per specifications contained herein. Locations, details, and examples of these signs are shown in the attached photos. Any reference to "Supplier" shall be synonymous with references to "Bidder". Schedule: Fabrication: June/July 2024 Installation: August 2024 Substantial Completion: September 2024 Final Completion: September 2024 General Guidelines: 1. It shall be the responsibility of the Suppliers to obtain measurements, existing site conditions, access routes and familiarize themselves during the mandatory site visit. 2. Required font, colors, sponsor logos, and WVU logos will be provided to the selected Supplier after award. 3. The Supplier shall coordinate with WVU Athletics to facilitate WVU's use of the facility when scheduling deliveries and installation. 4. The Supplier shall take precautions to protect finishes, surfaces, and equipment located in adjacent spaces and/or areas. Repair or replacement of any finishes, surfaces, or equipment by the Supplier while conducting the work, shall be at the Supplier's expenses subject to the discretion and approval of WVU. 5. When necessary, or when requested by WVU, Supplier shall provide cleanup and removal of all construction debris, tools, equipment, and job boxes to suit WVU's use of the facility. 6. There will be separate contracts underway during the execution of this contract that may impact the use of the facility, access to the facility and impact deliveries to the facility. The selected Supplier shall coordinate all work inclusive of deliveries, staging, laydown and other with WVU with a minimum of five (5) days' notice. 7. It shall be the Supplier's responsibility to subcontract with a licensed WV electrical contractor to perform all electrical work where required. 8. Supplier shall be responsible for researching and finding available circuitry to use for new signage, provide wiring, conduit, repair/patching as necessary to install the new signage as described. 9.
