Main Street Sparta, NC 28675. This project is funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration through a competitive grant that has been awarded to allow for improved access to school-based healthcare through the AppHealthCare -Sparta Elementary School Based Health Center location. Interested parties may submit a letter of interest detailing qualifications to meet requirements.
