The Project includes the following Work: The base bid construction of approximately 7,607 Linear Feet (L.F.) of 6-inch water line, 177 L.F. of 4-inch water line, 485 L.F. of 2-inch water line, 300 L.F. of 1-inch water line, 3,525 L.F. of %-inch water line, 11 gate valves, 2 blow-off valves, 9 fire hydrants, 48 water meter assemblies and reconnections, 9 water meter relocations, and associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract for each individual Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. The Project is funded through the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.
