Demolition and site work for a civil project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Gillies Creek Sewage Pump Station Upgrade. The Work consists of demolition of two (2) existing mechanical bar screens and replacement with two (2) new catenary mechanical bar screens, demolition of the existing screenings conveyor and replacement with a new screenings conveyor, demolition of four (4) slide gates and replacement with four (4) new slide gates, demolition of the existing grit system including the grit hoppers, piping, and grit pumps, demolition of the existing Flow Equalization Basin Pump Station sump pumps and sump pump piping and replacement of the sump pump system, extension of the concrete headworks channels to accommodate the new catenary bar screens, replacement of the four (4) variable frequency drives (VFDs) for the Gillies Creek SPS dry-pit submersible pumps, and all other work not explicitly stated above but as shown on the Contract Drawings and in the Project Manual.
