Bike improvement along 2nd Street starts at Spring Street to Byrd Street. In addition, the project includes bike improvement on Byrd Street from west of 2nd Street to east of 3rd Street. AWARD NO. 500785/500786 This project involves all material, labor, and equipment necessary to install pavement markings, crosswalks, signs, flexi-posts, and select intersections with corner enhancements. The project limits are: (1) 2 nd Street starts at Spring Street to Byrd Street, (2) Byrd Street from west of 2nd Street to east of 3rd Street, and (3) 3rd Street from Byrd Street to E. Franklin Street.
