Renovation of a medical facility in Orofino, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
DPW Project 19380 Replace Low Slope Roof, State Hospital North, Department of Health & Welfare, Orofino, Idaho. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the following: remove the existing lowslope metal roofing down to the existing substrate. Wet or damaged insulation will be removed and replaced per unit cost. A new 80 mil single-ply roof system will be installed over new polyiso insulation and coverboard at select locations; new prefinished roof drip edge metal; and existing coping cap will be removed and reinstalled. The new roofing system will have a 30-year warranty. Mechanical scope includes installing new mechanical support platforms and modifications to the existing make-up-air unit (MAU) and exhaust fan (EF). Plumbing scope includes new retrofit roof drains A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Question deadline 05/13/2024
