The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to obtain pricing from Vendors to furnish and deliver Steel Beams to NCDOT Bridge Maintenance, Division 13, Buncombe Bridge, and award an Agency Specific Contract (one-time procurement). Question Deadline 04/29/2024 at 11:00 AM ET Written questions shall be e-mailed to lkcampbell@ncdot.gov The State reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received. The State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more Vendors, or to reject all original offers and negotiate with one or more sources of supply that may be capable of satisfying the requirement, and in either case to require Vendor to submit a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) based on discussions and negotiations with the State.
