Bids are for remodeling 910 sq. ft. of the existing Veteran Services, Maintenance Office and Corridor at the courthouse building. Outside of envelope shall be marked "Sealed Bid - Jackson County Veteran Services and Maintenance Remodel Project. Bids are to include all labor, materials, equipment, and all else necessary for completion of bid. Successful bidder over $25,000 will be required to provide a performance guarantee in the form of a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. When the agreement is executed, the bid security of the two remaining unsuccessful Bidders will be returned. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the Owner. All Articles in these General Requirements are applicable to all Division and Sections of the Work included herein, and all Contractors must abide by the requirements set forth. B. Sequence of operations or place of commencement may be determined by Jackson County as deemed to best serve the needs and convenience of Jackson County, or as necessity of occasion requires. C. The Contractor shall submit to Jackson County such schedule of quantities and costs, progress schedules, payroll reports, estimates, records and other data as Jackson County may request concerning work performed or to be performed under this Contract.
