LOCATION. The Project is located at: Leo Buckley Stadium 500 N 38th St. Killeen, TX 76543 The Project is generally described as follows: Partial demolition of existing CMU block partition walls. New CMU block openings. Removal of existing lockers. Install new concrete benches. Install new exterior, ADA accessible ramp. Minor sitework. This project shall have umbrella or excess liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET. $200,000 Actual construction on the Project can begin on June 17, 2024. The substantial completion date for all work is September 13, 2024. Furthermore, Contractor has 14 calendar days from the established Substantial Completion Date to complete all punch out items and 28 calendar days from the established Substantial Completion Date to submit all required closeout documents. A Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check payable to the Killeen ISD, for no less than 5% of the largest possible total (include the cost of alternates listed) for the proposal listed. Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the construction cost will be required prior to beginning the work.
