This is a supplemental bid, meaning, we are adding additional vendors to a previously awarded bid Professional Development Services & Materials 24-29-03-261. Killeen ISD is accepting proposals from qualified vendors capable of providing Professional Development Services & Materials on an as-needed basis. This is a multiple award contract, which enables the district to request quotes on an "as needed" basis from awarded vendors, allowing end users to choose different vendors best meeting requirements based on price, availability, convenience, reliability, responsiveness and track record. District employees will reach out for an official quote at the time of need. This Request for Proposals is not for specific line items. This contract will be effective on or around June 06, 2024, through April 11, 2025, and may be renewed for four (4) additional years in one (1) year increments, based upon availability of funding and providing that both parties are in agreement. The District, through its duly authorized constituted officials, reserves the right to accept any offer in its entirety or in part, any offer deemed most advantageous to the Killeen Independent School District and to waive any formalities in bidding. Contact between vendors and District personnel during the proposal process or evaluation process is prohibited. Any attempt by vendors during the proposal process to contact District personnel may result in disqualification. All communication shall go through the Purchasing Office during this process. Question Deadline 05/28/2024 at 2:00 PM CT. All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all bidders via electronically. No verbal responses will be provided. The deadline for questions about this proposal is stated in the Event Details and the District will not respond to questions after this time and date. The vendors will be responsible for checking online. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
