LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of N/A per calendar day until the Work is completed. SCOPE The Department is seeking to ensure visitors are provided services and facilities that enhance the visitors experience and create enjoyable clean environment for the public at the Williams River Rest Area. The Rest Area is located 73.6 km South of the Junction of PTH 6 and PTH 39 (Ponton). The Work, as described in this advertisement, is to supply and service portable toilet facilities, as well as provide groundskeeping and garbage removal services to the public accessible areas of the Rest Area. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Duties shall include, but are not limited to: Supply, delivery and installation of 3 portable washroom units 2 Standard Portable Washroom Unit 1 Accessible Portable Washroom Unit Maintenance of the portable washroom units. Loose paper and debris litter pick up. This includes around the entire footprint area of the Rest Area including parking area, ditch along highway/park, and beside any garbage storage containers. Changing garbage bags in all garbage containers. Garbage disposal. Approximate area of Rest Area is approximately .05 Hectares. WORK PERIOD AND SCHEDULE Operational period for this contract is from May 20th 2024 to May 18th 2025.
