Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of replacing existing condensing units (CU-1, CU-2 & CU-3), associated air handling unit cooling coils, and refrigerant piping. Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten (10%) percent of the bid price. A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to the Tender Documents, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%); of the Contract Price. A Labour and Materials Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to the Tender Documents, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
