Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting which includes water, electrical services, grading, and paving at Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park per the contract documents. Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction. To request a pre-qualification letter, the bidder should email BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us. If not prequalified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid MINORITY BUSINESS REQUIREMENT: The Department of Environmental Protection supports diversity in its Procurement Program and requests that all sub-contracting opportunities afforded by this bid embrace diversity enthusiastically.
