RHOADES CONSTRUCTION for $2,194,537.25.** The City of Susanville (City) Department of Public Works is requesting submittals for Construction Management, Inspection, and Material Testing services for one State-Only funded project. The project is the Southeast Gateway Project, State Project No. 02- 5116-3492, which includes the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, safety lights, and landscaping futures along Main Street/SR 36 in Susanville CA. This project is estimated to require 90 working days. This project has not yet been awarded to a contractor. The estimated cost for the construction of this project is $2,100,000. Construction anticipated August - October 2024 The City of Susanville reserves the right to refuse or reject any proposals as the City Council deems appropriate or as funding constraints against the City present themselves due to action taken by the California Transportation Commission (CTC). *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
