Bids are requested for the installation of approximately 2,524 ft. of fencing and removal of existing fence in 5 locations on Magnolia Road in Tattnall County. Contractor will be responsible for any damages to underground utilities. Fence is to be placed one foot behind right of way line. The right of way will be staked prior to start date. *See the attached bid packet. Work is to be completed by July 15, 2024. Tattnall County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Contractor must be authorized to use and uses the federal work authorization program commonly known as E-Verify, or any subsequent replacement program, in accordance with the applicable provisions and deadlines established in O.C.G.A. 13-10-91. Contractor must supply their E-Verify number with their bid. Workers Comp & Liability is required.
