Site work for a water / sewer project in Wallkill, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
1.Furnish and install a 2" water line from the Horticulture Building to the Butcher shop building. Total length not to exceed 200ft. 2.Interior piping is 2" copper pipe and fittings. The exterior underground pipe is 2" PEX pipe, installed in a 4" sleeve. 3.Pipe in the Horticulture building will exit the existing building beneath the existing floor slab. Price should includes patching the concrete slab. 4.Excavate and backfill for 40ft of trench connecting the two(2) buildings. Bed pipe with sand bedding and backfill with excavated material. Depth of the trench to be 4' d max. Excess excavated material disposed of on site. 5.Repair road pavement with 8" of item 4 and 3" of Type 6F asphalt top. Provide temporary seed and mulch for lawn area, final landscape restoration by others. 6.Road trenches to be plated during non-construction hours and cordoned off with barrels and caution tape. 7.Testing and disinfection of water line is included. 8.GPR for site utility locating is included.
