Napa County Department of Public Works requests proposals from qualified professional firms to provide environmental services and as needed other services, which may include but are not limited to traffic, biological, and cultural resources services. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, preparation of an Archaeological Survey Report (ASR), Historic Property Survey Report (HPSR), Local Historic Records Search, and other related services as required for this federally funded project. The County assumes that this project will require a CEQA Categorical Exemption and a NEPA Categorical Exclusion. Napa County will design the guardrails in-house and prepare the Plans, Specifications, Estimate, right-of-way certification, construction management, etc. for this project. Question Deadline 05/10/2024 at 1:00 PM PT All questions shall be submitted and directed in writing to Sydney Barclay, at sydney.barclay@countyofnapa.org. The County will respond to the RFP related questions in writing, via email to all contact persons of the interested firms, and on County website by 5 PM, on the due date. Response to any questions 05/14/2024. Notice to Proceed 06/26/2024 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
