Contractor shall supply all necessary personnel, labor (prevailing wage), tools, supplies, materials, equipment, insurance, incidentals and properly equipped vehicles to provide DSH with monthly inspection and preventative maintenance services for seven (7) hydroelectric elevators, two (2) traction elevators, one (1) traction dumbwaiter, two (2) drum dumbwaiters, and one (1) wheelchair lift. Contractor shall also perform required 5-year load testing in accordance with Exhibit A, 7.I.i-iii. Additional pre bid conference note: All bidders must attend the conference to have their bids considered responsive and responsible. Bidders who wish to attend the conference must notify Jennifer Adamak via e-mail at jennifer.adamak@dsh.ca.gov and DSH-NapaPMU@dsh.ca.gov by 5:00 p.m. on May 01, 2024.
