Work Location:141 Fort Collier Road, Winchester, VA 22603 Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center is accepting quotes to remove an existing Vulcan Model 2GR45MF Dual Natural Gas Deep Fryer and replace it with a similar model. The deep fryer must be 2 vats at 45-50lb vat capacity utilizing natural gas and 120 volts. The unit must come with a built-in filtration system and quick disconnect hose. The removal will consist of disconnecting and disposing of the old deep fryer. Installation of the new unit shall be turnkey; all electrical, plumbing, and confirmation of proper operation and usage instructions are required. The work area is to be left clean and the new unit shall be fully operational upon installation. Work will be done in the secure area of the Jail: any contractors/employees needing access to perform the removal/installation will need to have a background check to enter that area. Price shall include the cost of the deep fryer, the cost of removal of the old one, and all labor costs associated with this project.
