Renovation of a detention facility in Winchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Carpet - Community Corrections. SCOPE OF WORK The existing carpet squares mares have been in place since 2007. The removal and disposal of the old carpet should be included in the quote. The existing carpet is square, Venture Macadam (40010), Color Tar (75015), non-directional (see attachment). A different brand will be considered provided that it is comparable to the current brand. The area to be carpeted is 45x28 feet with (6) office areas of various sizes (see attachment). Furniture is in place and will have to be raised to allow removal and installation of carpet. NRADC will move all non-furniture from the work area. The preference for the removal and installation of the carpet is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There are no restrictions on hours of work on those days. All employees who will be doing any work at NRADC will need to pass a background check to be eligible to work on the premises. Summary:NRADC is accepting quotes to remove existing carpet squares and replace with new carpet in the Community Corrections administration area. Work Location:147 Fort Collier Road, Winchester, VA 22603.
